Wendy's - Yemassee

What a cheerful spot! The staff greeted everyone who walked through the door with a warm "Welcome to my Wendy's!" One employee even sang to every customer who placed an order. These workers definitely deserve a promotion! P.S. The food was great too!

I apologize for the delayed response, but I want to express my gratitude for the incredible assistance we received from the staff at Wendy's in Yemassee, SC. They were all amazing! My wife accidentally left her handbag, which contained some important items, and the wonderful staff found it and stored it safely in their office. They even tried to reach us using the contacts on my phone. Once we realized the situation, we contacted them and arranged for a friend to pick it up, and they made the process easy for us. A huge thank you to everyone at Wendy's in Yemassee! By the way, the food was pretty good too!

Wendy's menu is relatively straightforward, making it difficult to get things wrong. However, this particular Wendy's deserves five stars from me for its staff. I've been to many fast food restaurants, but I've never encountered such friendly and polite young women (and a young man). From the warm greeting as we entered to the heartfelt "thank you for coming" as we left, they were genuinely welcoming and polite throughout our visit. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but they included four young Black women and one Hispanic young man. Their service and hospitality were truly excellent!

The most spectacular service I have ever seen in this country!!! Staff happy, smiling and super helpful. His name is Latrille!!!

Everyone working today was delightful! It was so refreshing to be at a place where the workers smiled and greeted you! They were swamped as this was one of the only place open (bc of the snow) BUT, they didn't act stressed at all! I was also pleased to hear the managers speaking extremely kind to their staff. Latrice took orders while the other manager worked the floor...keeping everything tidy and making sure everyone was greeted and happy. The owner of this location should be proud and I hope corporate gets wind of what you guys are doing! Great job today!!
