McDonald's Yeppoon

I went through the drive through mc donalds yeppoon qld. I bought a grilled chicken ceasar burger at 16.47pm friday 2nd june, reg.12. The chicken was so charred and that dry and tough, I couldn't eat the chicken, . My small dog couldn't bite through it, I threw it to the big dog next door, he even had to chew it,which I've never seen him do with anything else. Im6 very dissapountedin your shop as I tried ringing from 6.05pm up until me sending this, and the phone rang out.. I would only give you a three for taste and quality.

I only ever try Maccas when on the road for work, about 1 every 6-8 weeks and always feel a little silly for having done so because they seem to be getting less and less tasty in recent years as the industry gets tougher - but never have I bought a value meal that I had to throw away in its entirety! Drive though service in Yeppoon was painfully slow and of my small $8 so called value meal, the nuggets were inedible - dry, over cooked and tasted like cardboard. Not even the seemingly new recipe sauce helped which in keeping with recent taste trends, was NOT what was expected or desired and I managed only 1.5 of the 6. The fries were pale and odd tasting as if the oil was not hot enough

Went specially to buy Ronald McDonald socks n got told they didn't have any. Ordered 1 Big Mac n 1 triple cheeseburger. When collecting order, packer (guy) was wear a batman costume n forgot our Sunday so had to remind him. Then came home to find my triple cheeseburger was actually double cheeseburger with bacon. We paid for a triple. Rang n spoke to the manager who said probably gave me the wrong box. How can that happen when he packed our order together?????? Burger bun was so crispy. Big Mac was tasteless. Wouldn't have gone to McDonald's if not for the charity today but as usual was disappointed yet again.

Good location but drive through is terrible. Very narrow and when busy cars block the way out of the shopping parking area opposite. Service is terrible at times. Staff ignore you and don't ask who was next in line. They take a long time to take your order. Many times the soft serve is not working so no shakes, sundaes, ice cream cones etc. Very frustrating.

They don't give you what you ask for. I think they should NOT have put the drive thru where they did. Its crowded and you take forever. I go to Macca's everyday and even though I like the soft serves and frozen drinks it is so hard to stay loyal to them knowing that they mix up your orders, they take ages to get your food and they aren't properly attired. They are supposed to have their hair tucked in hair nets but many of the female employees just have it loose and very very messy. I think that they should put a third window in the drive-thru where they can replace all the wrong stuff they gave you at the second window.
