Absolutely disgusting! I have 4 rolls fresh. the fresh salmon tasted as if he had been out of the refrigerator for hours, the rice was also rough. we don't come back and hope we don't get sick. Edit for the owner's answer: we had taken them, the return to the shopping center was not possible, as we had our children with us. Moreover, there is no bad sushi to fix and while I would accept a refund, I would certainly not accept a loan for somewhere that serves eating bad.

This sushi restaurant deserves six stars, not just five! The sushi is truly the best I've had in Australia. The rice is perfectly cooked, forming a thin layer around incredibly generous fillings. The salmon and avocado are consistently very fresh, and I appreciate the little details like the black sesame seeds sprinkled between the layers of rice. If anything, the service is even better than the sushi itself. I know it's a kiosk and they prefer to keep things simple, but it really enhances the experience!
