The hotel is like a business hotel, the rooms are small, but they have everything you need. The location is very good, in the walking distance of everything! The variety for breakfast not too large, but very tasty. However, the negative point is that only normal coffee is included for breakfast if you want cappuccino or espresso, you need to pay. The service at the reception is very good, polite and efficient. You have a nice bar on the terrace in front of the hotel, we were there quite often to enjoy warm autumn evenings.

The friendly, professional staff of this hotel offers us a guest experience that meets our needs. Very clean, comfortable fresh rooms, knowledgeable reception staff and exceptionally friendly waiters responded to any expectation we had before and during our 7-day stay. Moderate-to-excellent English from his Armenian-speaking staff made it easy for us to navigate any need. The breakfast bar was plentiful and dining in or on its terrace offers a range of good food, Armenian and Western/Americans. We had been looking for a hotel that was totally non-smoking and we were pleased that all the interiors are exactly that, without exception. The location was perfect: just a short walk from all new and old outdoor areas, including many restaurants and shopping facilities. No hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Can not beat the location, cleanliness and guidance of the reception. I recommend this hotel. The rooms are modern and very clean. Housekeeping is the best I've ever seen. Very meticulous and greet always with a smile. The reception was always patient and very helpful. This is my new home in Yerevan!
