Bella Vista Deli - Yonkers

Awful service. I have ordered multiples times and after confirming my order they have butchered it on more than one occasion. I understand things happen we all make mistakes, although they always say they owe me... I tried clarifying this with one of the employees and he simply stated we didn 't have what you wanted I told them to please call me next time that way I can modify my order, they agreed and never did. When I finally asked for a refund instead of just simply agreeing to the empty words, they literally went out of their way and came for a sandwich....

Great sandwiches.. friendly professional staff .. a little expensive .. It was extremely hard to find parking during the afternoon (been there one time (also if you don't like parallel parking, forget about it! The staff told me there is extra parking in the back but I haven't seen it yet! ..not a big fan of the traffic in this area!

This is a small deli with a HUGE menu. Everything from the bacon egg and cheese breakfast to hot plates and the best heros by the foot are delicious!

These people need to learn some manners. Rude and obnoxious would be putting it mildly. It's all about the customer service. And here once again, we have a business that acts like they are doing you a favor being here. Your slicing salami not curing brain cancer.

We have ordered catering from them multiple times. The food is fresh, abundant and delicious. And, they deliver!
