Didn?t get my order I order one birthday cake like one night before but when I went to pick up there was no cake, very bad attitude and in the day of my son?s birthday we were white no cake.

Great customer service. There was a worker named Nikko who helped us pick out a cake. We couldn't have been any happier. Top notch customer support, that kid deserves a raise.

Went there this morning to place an order for my son's birthday cake and spoke to an Annemarie who was very helpful in regards to a specific picture my son was looking for. The place is very clean and the price for a large sheet cake was also A LOT cheaper than the Carvel on Yonkers Ave where that place the woman was rude and over priced and DIRTY. I definitely will be returning to this Carvel again
