Euroitalia Pizza - Yonkers

The food here is delicious, with a wide range of options including pizza, calzones, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts—many of which allow for customizations. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. Service is satisfactory, and they offer 7-8 daily specials. Catering menus are also available. I tried a wrap filled with grilled chicken, shrimp, Portobello mushrooms, and fresh mozzarella, and it was one of the best wraps I've ever had. The flavors were outstanding, the texture was excellent, and everything was perfectly balanced. It also came with fries. I finished off with the zeppoli topped with Nutella, which was quite good too.

The prices here are quite steep at $3.80 per piece. However, there is a generous amount of cheese and sauce, both cooked well and evenly distributed. The crust is of medium thickness and has a nice flavor. While I won't comment on the taste of the toppings, the sauce has an Italian seasoning but is somewhat lacking in flavor. Overall, the dish tends to be on the dry side, making it difficult to enjoy without a drink. I would rate this an 84.

The decor is simply charming, creating a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The variety of specialties and pizzas is impressive, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. Honestly, this is the best pizza crust I've ever had outside of Italy. I can't emphasize enough how perfectly crispy and thin it is. The salad pizza is fantastic, and the balsamic dressing elevates it even further. The classic pizza is also delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant!
