Tasty House - Yonkers

The fried rice and wonton soup were both really good and reasonably priced at this restaurant.

I was expecting a seafood hor fun with a thick egg gravy, but what I received was just some broth with wide noodles. It only had one crabstick cut into quarters, three small shrimp, and one scallop. For nearly $12, it was very misleading and disappointing.

Whenever I am in town, I always make sure to visit this restaurant. I have never had a negative experience here. The fried rice is absolutely fantastic.

The chicken with eggplant was very soupy and not spicy at all. It really seemed to lack flavor.

High quality ingredients well cooked. Chinese restaurant quality with price intake. Not excessively oily as most Chinese intake. Very friendly people behind the counter. This is the only Chinese food to get when you are in the area.
