Odyssey - Yonkers

Food is great, especially as it is convenient for us to order that they can deliver and we can order online so close. But I hate the order on Saturdays MAINLY because there is another supplier on Saturdays and he is so rude. After today's order, I will never order again, seriously. He does not give you your food unless you sign the receipt, which again I have no problem to do this, but if you have a setting and request a tip in sight, you are wrong. I don't give you a hint that you're evil and sleep the reception of me. What are you gonna do? Don't give me MY FOOD that I'm PAID for ALREADY ONLINE, because you're easy to tap me or REMIND ME that I? FORGOT? to tap you, but nevertheless you've addressed me rudely and made comments. Never again. Maybe a change in attitude can actually give you what you want.

I placed an order with Odyssey an hour before they closed. They waited 30 minutes, and then decided to cancel the order for no reason. Lazy and unprofessional. I can't imagine how bad the food must be... Stay away from this joke of a restaurant.

One of the most rude people ever. You're in the hospital and you'd think they have customer service skills. I went to buy a cup of coffee, and this man behind the register tried to find a missing check. Never recognized me. There was another guy at the counter who gave me recognition. When I stood there, a man went in and suddenly the first man I stood right in front of me could see. He recognized him and called the usual? He went away to get the usual thing that left me standing there. I went out. You won't get my business. There are many other cafés and restaurants that understand customer service.

I don't usually leave any reviews at food places, but I'm going to. I love the food here, the dining area and the staff are very pleasant. I love her chicken ranchero packaging. It's for DIE....well for me this is! Work is about 80% of the time!

Coffee is good food is good too no complaints there!!! However every time I come there the older white lady at the register always hav a unpleasant face as if she?s racist!! She needs attitude and face adjustments ! It?s not good for business! Other then that the rest of the staff very friendly!
