I couldn't resist stopping by the bakery section and taking home a slice of upside-down pineapple cheesecake. The food was tasty, but be prepared to wait as the service can be slow. Overall, the cheesecake was a delightful treat.
First ever visit. Appetizers were delicious. Had the cacio e pepe pasta, so overly salty that it was inedible. Sent it back, they took it off the bill. Banana cream cheesecake was fluffy and delicious. Our server, Brandon, was working hard. Suggestion:clean the laminated menus more often, there?s gross bits of sauce and food inside that got on my hands. Portions are big butprices aren?t cheap either. Order carefully.
Not a bad experience overall the waiter was attentive and kind. But it took quite some time for the apps even though the place was practically empty. Also I ordered a medium rare steak and it was more on the well side. With no real flavor other than theexcess of pepper they put on it . I had to get steak sauce for it to be even slightly barrable. Nachos were good and the wife'sfood apparently was good as well. Overall will come back but would want to maybe not get the steak again.
I had a reservation for Mother's Day weekend and was seated a few minutes before my reservation time. The wait for food was long, but I expected it due to the crowded restaurant. When the food arrived, I was disappointed to find that everything was burnt. The Buffalo blast appetizer was completely overcooked and inedible. Despite this, we were so hungry that we ate around it. The young serving staff seated us near the kitchen, where one server was loudly cursing and being disrespectful. This was especially inappropriate as my son was within earshot. The chicken parm pizza was dry, spicy, and burnt on the edges, and my friend's chicken sandwich was also dry. The only person who enjoyed their meal was my son, who liked the chicken tenders and fries. Overall, this experience at Cheesecake Factory was the worst in terms of both food quality and service. I will not be returning.
Have you ever had that feeling of being hungry after an early flight with no breakfast? The feeling where you just want a delicious meal as soon as you touch down? Well, my first stop was at the Cheesecake Factory and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere. Yvonne, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers. The location also offered a variety of dining options, shopping opportunities, and chances to explore the area. We took advantage of the beautiful weather in New York and spent the day walking, talking, shopping, and simply enjoying the city. I highly recommend stopping by if you ever find yourself in Yonkers. You'll love it here.
