Love that chicken!!! However the service was just awful. It took about 30 min just to get their advertised special. Because they did not have the breasts. If you advertise and sell me the advantage of getting the 11 pc special posted shouldn?t you be ready with the pcs that go with it? I think I saw their manager pawing 2 of the hapless helps. Poor management

It's honestly surprising how frequently they mess up my family's orders. Almost every time—except maybe once—something has been wrong. Unfortunately, this is the only nearby Popeyes, and when the food is good, it’s really good, which is the only reason we keep coming back. It seems like the only way to avoid issues is to be assertive, and I really don’t want to be that way! I want to have a friendly rapport with fast food workers, but this is a persistent problem! I really hope a new manager comes in because I genuinely want to enjoy this place.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The level of disrespect we encountered this evening from the so-called manager was completely unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see that others have had similar experiences with the same individual. I've never been treated so poorly by a fast food employee. I didn't do anything to deserve this. The manager essentially told me to shut up, accused me of lying, rolled his eyes, and was rude and aggressive over a minor issue that should have been easily resolved. It's outrageous to treat customers poorly over a simple meal, especially when the customer is in the right and the manager is so clearly in the wrong. I have no desire to return, especially after experiencing such aggressive behavior over a mix-up with nuggets. I left feeling uncomfortable and will definitely not be coming back. The service was terrible.

This is my third attempt at trying Popeyes, and I'm still not impressed. I think it’s time to give up. I’m giving it 2 stars solely because the Cajun fries were good. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to know how to fry chicken properly. The nuggets were soggy and lacked any crispness.

Incompetent workers here. I order through the Popeyes mobile app on 8/13/22 and went to pick up my order. They told me they gave my order away to a DoorDash driver with somehow the same exact order as mine. I asked them to fulfill my order since they screwed up but they refuse to do so and the manager said it?s not his problem. I asked for a refund and they said I have to do it through the mobile app. They wouldn?t even do it themselves. Two mins after I walked out of the store and was sending an email to Popeyes customer service and before I sent out the email, I received an email that a refund was magically being processed. Drove to another Popeyes location to pick up my order after paying. Total incompetence at this location. They need to train their staff on the difference between a mobile order and a DoorDash order. Looks like the DoorDash driver just got a free $29 meal.
