Arby's - York

I tried the limited-time burger and it was excellent.

Called 20 minutes before close, whoever answered was courteous and glad to help us. Food was great. Cookies were fresh and soft and warm. Hit the spot.

I didn't take a picture of my meal, but I had a Wagyu burger here before and it was delicious. However, yesterday's Wagyu burger was a disappointment. It was terrible! It was late in the evening, around 7:30, so maybe that's why. The burger was burnt on the outside and seemed to be pre-cooked rather than freshly made. The bun was also squished. I was very let down by the quality. I ended up giving it to my dog.

I like Arby's and never usually have any issues, but this location could do a little better. Upon walking in, it immediately smelled like old food; the tables and chairs were not cleaned and organized, and there were flies at the condiment dispensers.We decided to order, and the staff, though courteous, seemed like they would rather have been anywhere else. I don't blame thempartly because I can only imagine the people they've dealt with earlier. There wasn't a very welcoming atmosphere within theestablishment. We got our food very quickly. I had ordered the 2 for 7 Buffalo Chicken. Both sandwiches were poorly puttogether, as it seemed like the Buffalo chicken sauce was just dumped all over the sandwich. The lettuce quality was also poor,as it looked and tasted close to spoilt. I believe this location has potential, but for my first visit of this location, I wasvery disappointed. I truly hope to see them do better!

My boyfriend and I had an incredible dining experience here at around 9pm on 10/30/22. The staff here truly deserve a raise for their exceptional service. They were so welcoming and friendly. I ordered the turkey wrap, but since I am vegetarian, they made sure to omit the meat and also confirmed that I was not vegan due to the cheese in it. It is not often that I feel acknowledged as a vegetarian in York PA, but the staff at this location went above and beyond to make me feel valued. We could not have asked for better service. 10/10!
