The food had a stale taste, the customer service was terrible, and they got my order wrong even though there were no other customers.
I recently dined at this restaurant and was highly disappointed with the overall cleanliness and hygiene. Only 2 tables were marked as unavailable for seating, and I noticed water puddles on the floor and sticky tables. There were only two staff members working - the cook took orders at the window without changing his cooking gloves, and the counter person handled cash and served coffee with gloved hands, touching the cup and lid. When I visited the restroom shortly after, I saw evidence that proper handwashing procedures were not followed. The lack of cleanliness and care in maintaining hygiene standards was unacceptable to me, and I have decided not to return to this restaurant for future meals.
The drive-through took 20 minutes and my order was incorrect twice. They refused to refund me and overcharged me for a more expensive sandwich than I ordered. I requested specific toppings on my sandwich, which the wrapper indicated were available as extras, but the staff disagreed. This Burger King is the worst I have ever visited.
Save your time and money. Ordered whopper meal in drive thru and waited 26 mins for meal. Had only tea or juice as drinks. Dirty and nasty.
