Contribuisci feedbackI went in on 12 January and the staff they had worked today was amazing. So friendly and fast. Of course, the subs were also amazing and that's why I'm coming back. Wrote a reivew this time just because how wonderful the workers were today. Get up!
Their cold sandwiches are top notch. They prepare exactly as you request and the amount of meat is more than enough. Their sandwiches always taste fresh! I didn't find their cheesesteak flavorful but only tried once.
They got to fix how app order instruction/side notes print. #31 was missing so I had to get creative. Add jalapeños, lettuce, and tomatoes. Pickles on the side. Everything is on the side and now I need to build my dinner after a 12hr shift.
Food is always great but we've noticed service is declining. Most recently, a couple of young guys assembling subs and working the register, seemed new and/or not well trained. Tried to use a new gift card but it didn't work and the guy had no clue how to get it to work, didn't try and didn't get help so we didn't use it. Instead of handing the receipt to us, it was placed on the counter by the register and I had to ask if it was ours then extended my reach to pick it up. New workers should be mixed with experienced workers on any given shift.
When they first opened, I was the first customer of the day. Unfortunately, my sandwich was disappointing. The bread wasn't fresh, and they skimped on the meat. It felt like I was just having oil and vinegar on stale, dry bread. I've visited this place before and always left satisfied, but this time was a letdown.
