The food was good and had a nice home-cooked quality. However, the scallops were tough and rubbery. For service, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. The atmosphere also gets a 3. Overall, I had dinner for a price range of $10–20 per person. Food overall gets a solid 4 out of 5.
