Panera Bread - York

I am a Denist in are and never being humiliated before any other place in united states except 2 employees who were taking orders drive thru a guy with beard and there was another female staff between 11:30 am -12:15 pm .He charged my car , made me wait 25 mins and popes out his head from window after 15 mins with statments that we have 18 orders ahead of you ? I mean why would you take the order and additionally , why will you charge my card if you r that much back ordered and running behind . It’s not your responsibility to let the customer know that we r running behind . I belong to sikh religion and wear turban on my head . This thing happened to me 3 times before i tried to overlook and i am writing this reveiw now to let the managemnet know that even though i am just one customer but thia will ruin the system . whenever I order , they would always do that both of these employees guy with beard and other one female staff who is there . They see me and always make a face , that guy is extremely rude and when i questioned is this because of turban on my head , she said i can call the police ? I mean you humiliate me bcos if my appearance , charged me 33$ , gave me no food after 25 mins wait and that’s your reaction ?

This is the apple that came with my salad. Bruised, soft, and squishy, there is nothing fresh about this apple.They sometimes forget parts of my order, especially when it’s from the bakery. I’ve received stale bread from them on more than one occasion. Their main food items are prepared correctly which is why I’ve selected 2 stars, but pretty much everything else is cut corners, an obvious lack of care for the customer.

This Panera has been open for a while now, but finding it can be a bit confusing due to GPS issues. The directions don't lead you directly there, which makes getting to the restaurant a little tricky.

I ordered four breakfast sandwiches and two spuffles, but part of my order was missing. However, the staff was extremely helpful and quickly prepared what was missing. I've always enjoyed visiting this location. They sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and were very kind and attentive.
