Sheetz - York

I'm not even 6 feet tall and I can see over the stalls into the toilet without leaning up.

Tall, thin, tan, curly haired guy working the night shift on Arsenal Road in York was very rude to me about a ranch dipping sauce. I ordered wings online and it comes with up to 2 free dipping sauces. More than 2 is .50 each. It shows this on the app.Yet this guy tells me that I have to pay for EVERY dipping sauce. His attitude was very uncalled for and very unprofessional andhe's lucky I was on my lunch break and had to get out of there. I would have showed him just how unprofessional I can get.Please teach your employees how to deal with customers before the customers do it

I visited Sheetz tonight to grab a sandwich and a snack, and what I encountered was appalling. I saw an employee smoking outside. While I don't mind if someone smokes, she was wearing gloves as if she had been handling food. I had just walked into the store right before she did, and I watched her come back inside and go straight back to work without changing her gloves. It was absolutely disgusting. This made me lose my appetite for the food I had ordered. How could I be sure she hadn't touched my food or anything else? She was also touching the doors and various surfaces with those same gloves. It's completely unacceptable. After this experience, I won’t be eating here again. I can’t believe Sheetz allows their employees to behave in such an unsanitary manner.

The food was improperly packaged in a single bag, causing the pizza to get squished and the cheesesteak to be a mess.

Avoid this place if you can. They play incredibly loud and irritating music at the gas pumps, which is quite overwhelming.
