The Central Bean Bakery - York

This bakery and coffee shop in York is a hidden gem. Situated in a strip mall on Long Sands Street, this unassuming spot boasts an incredible selection of baked goods. The banana tart is absolutely delicious and melts in your mouth. Some of my favorites include the brownies, shortbread, lemon cheesecake, and the carrot cake, which is the best I’ve ever had. You definitely shouldn't miss this place! The turkey baguette with figs and cheddar-jalapeño is also a great choice. Plus, the interior is beautifully designed, making it a relaxing place to unwind and enjoy your treats.

This restaurant uses only the finest ingredients and boasts an exceptional staff! You really can't make a wrong choice from the menu. Whether it's the delightful homemade pastries, the premium George Howell Coffee, or the refreshing urban farm blueberry kombucha, this place truly has it all!

The Pastrami Breakfast Sandwich is one of the best things I've ever eaten, hands down. I absolutely love this place!

When I found out that the owners of my favorite restaurant (The Central) opened a coffee shop, I was so excited and they were NOT disappointed! The coffee was great, the service was friendly, and the baked goods were AMAZING! Pair that with the free Wifi, and it will definitely get my favorite office away from the office!

YUM!!! When I walk in, I’m not only greeted by smiling faces and a warm environment, but OMG THE TREATS that stare back at me! I wish I could just get one of everything every single time. Hands down the brioche donut. The Kombucha. The turkey sandwich. And the brisket breakfast burrito. I just can’t get enough of The Central Bean and Bakery! If I were to suggest anything, I want to go there on Sundays!! Please! I cant get enough. Highly recommend!
