I personally witnessed behind-the-scenes at this restaurant and it's not pretty. New cases of COVID-19 are popping up almost every week, with no proper sterilization or cleaning practices in place. There are bugs in the drinks and flies buzzing around the place. Some employees don't even get the free drinks they're entitled to because bugs are swimming in them. The customer service is rude and the food is subpar. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place at all. No contactless food options and overall cleanliness is questionable. It's clear that health inspectors would not approve of what's happening here. This feedback comes from someone who works there. Goodbye Valentino's, you're truly disgusting in every way.
