Going through the drive-thru, I ordered a cheeseburger (with only cheese and ketchup,) a small fry, and a medium #2.

Service isn't what it use to be since Virginia moved For some reason always fly in the place

First off they only payed attention to the drive thru we walked in and we were ready to leave it took that long to get a person to take our order. Second they were out of a simple vanilla frosty so of we ordered a different flavor Then I went to get my soda and there was no ice went for ketchup no ketchup. Maybe you should just serve the drive thru because you can' t run a restaurant.

I rarely will review fast food, but this location is an absolute joke. Went in last evening for dinner with my family, place was filthy, the manager (I was told), her name was Ashley, was working the counter and was extremely rude to every single patron who came in.Most were sympathetic to her being understaffed, as it appeared, many thanked her, even after long waits or orders going out wrong, and I didn 't witness a single customer be rude back or impatient in the slightest.She on the other hand just scowled, rolled her eyes, or blatantly didn 't wait on several people who walked in. Often times they 'd wait at the counter 5-10 minutes, be ignored, and finally give up.I 've never seen anything like it.Maybe she and the restaurant were having a bad day , but oh boy, it was a disaster. I 'll surely never return.
