Contribuisci feedbackI don't enjoy giving low ratings to restaurants, but my experience here wasn't great. The staff member was a bit abrupt and seemed somewhat rude. My fries were cold, as if they had been sitting out for a while and not kept warm under a heat lamp. It seemed like they were short-staffed, which is common in the restaurant industry, and they appeared overwhelmed as a result.
This restaurant clearly lacks the staff to manage a shift properly. I, along with a lobby full of other customers, was told we had to wait because their Grubhub and drive-through orders were prioritized. After waiting for 35 minutes for just a sandwich and fries, I walked out without even getting my money back. This has been my experience every time I've visited, regardless of the time of day. Food: 1/5.
The speed of service has certainly improved over the past year. However, the presentation of the food still needs some work, as I consistently find mustard and excess grease on the outside of the burger wrap. On a positive note, customer service has also seen improvements. Keep it up! Food rating: 4/5.
It was clean, fast and the workers were friendly. I usually don't do fast food but had to try the garlic fries and take advantage of 50 nuggets for just $10 dollars.Food: 5/5
Shut it down terrible restaurant I think because I was white no one would even greet me then she put on chap stick played with her hair and wiped her nose. Then my Puerto Rican spouse came out and at least they could attempt to serve us
