Baskin Robbins - York

Their flavors are good but the icecream quality usnt that well compared to the price. I would recommend going to a locally owned.

The business hours state that the restaurant is open until 9:00pm, but the door is locked at 8:50pm. It seems like they usually close 10 or 15 minutes earlier than their stated closing time.

The location at 8750 Bayview Ave. has made me reconsider choosing Baskin Robbins in the future. I visited the store with my two grandsons (ages 6 and 4) at 8:48pm, only to be told that they were no longer serving individual scoops and were only offering family packages and cakes. This was very disappointing and left my grandsons feeling upset. We ended up going to a nearby convenience store for ice cream instead. When we returned to our car near Baskin Robbins, we saw that the store had closed before its advertised time of 9pm, with the lights off and doors shut.

The ice cream at this restaurant is absolutely delicious!

I was at this location on June 25 in the evening and there was a lady there with I would guess were her parents, they were eating items they had purchased in the store. As I was leaving the lady asked for some water and the store clerk refused saying her manager gets really mad if they don 't charge for the cup . I was shocked that someone was being refused a simple cup of water what does a cup cost five cents. I think this is not a way to treat customers and I will NEVER go back to this location. Don 't be so cheap store manager.Response to owner well that is not what I witnessed so perhaps you need to speak with your employees.
