It's been a long time since I was in the Big Bone BBQ in Markham. I didn't work too far from there and went in a while. Today I met friends for the first time. Between us four, we... split a Monday Mania plate from a full rack of ribs, 1lb wing, and a large number of frits. We added a pound wing and it was just enough for a nice lunch. The ribs were fleshy, moist and delicate. The flesh came out very easily. We smoked two types of wings and BBQ. Both were delicious! The frits were also crispy and tasty. My friends were impressed not only with the flavors, but with the food. You will surely return! Yummm!
