Nice place, food was great but beer fridges were broken and no one thought of putting some on ice.

I don’t even know where to begin. On NYE my family and I ordered take out for our special night in. When I picked up our food, it was cold, hard, and stale. Additionally the food made our family really sick including my 2 small kids. I understand that things happen and it was an unfortunate situation but when I called to tell them what happened they were so rude to me. First, it took me almost a week of calling everyday to get in contact with their manager Pamela. When I finally got ahold of her, she was so beyond RUDE. She had her back up from the moment I talked to her and made comments to me like “well that’s not my problem”. There was nothing they could do for me and she didn’t seem to care what so ever. I then asked to talk to the person above her and to this day I’m still waiting to receive a phone call.I’m in disbelief that a manager of a business would talk to their customer the way Pamela spoke to me. I do not recommend going here and supporting this business, it is obvious that they do not care about their customers and on top of it the food was absolutely terrible.

Vincent provided excellent service during our visit to the restaurant! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and enjoyable. We had a great time playing oversized Jenga by the fireplace with the kids while waiting for our meals. Vincent's service was top-notch. We will definitely be returning!
