EggSmart - York

After a long day and feeling tired, my husband and I decided to grab breakfast at Eggsmart. Our experience was simply satisfying. We began with fresh coffee and a large, freshly squeezed orange juice. I ordered three eggs over easy with bacon, along with spiced oats and rye toast. The plate also included fresh fruits. As a picky eater, I must say that we will definitely return to this restaurant. I had no regrets with my choice.

The waiter hurried us even though there were only a few people in the restaurant and it wasn't busy at all. Our omelettes were missing ingredients when they arrived, and they brought the check machine to our table while we were still eating.

This used to be a regular spot for breakfast before the recent temporary closure. We decided to give the new management team a try this morning and were pleasantly surprised. While the decor hasn't changed much, the service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. There was some confusion about a special offer being canceled, so better communication is needed through platforms like Facebook. However, we were happy with the improved quality and fast service. It's great to have the Drive-Thru coffee option available again! The only downside this morning was that the TV and radio playing at the same time were distracting; it would be better to have just one or the other. Overall, we will definitely be returning.

Separated in small portions and eating was overpriced. very disappointed. will not go back or answer friends

My wife and I like to try different places for breakfast and Eggsmart which is a chain looked appealing with specials posted in the window. We did find out after sitting down the breakfast specials did not apply on the weekend. Service was quick and...staff friendly. The meal was average in quality and good but not as good as other local restaurants for similar prices. Had the breakfast special been in effect, the meal would have been good value
