Hanna's Shawarma - York

This is my go-to place for dining! The food is both delicious and nutritious, perfect for feeding my children. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely be returning!

On Thursday we went to Hanna's Shawarma for dinner. We had been there more than two years ago and had enjoyed their fresh, middle-eastern flavours. This visit was no exception. <br/ <br/ SWMBO selected the Chicken Schnitzel Dinner, which comes with one salad and one side. She chose Greek Salad and Roasted Garlic Potatoes. The schnitzel was huge! It was pounded until it was very thin, then breaded, and finally deep fried, just enough to make the beading crispy, but not enough to dry out the chicken. Nicely done. She only ate half and took the rest home. <br/ <br/ I had the Falafel Sandwich Dinner, with Israeli Salad. Freshly prepared falafel balls (the best way of course), which were soft on the inside with a little bit of crispness on the outside.

Best shawarma in the city!!! I have been going there since they opened and they were a small resto. The food remains as good as ever and is my go to for a famoly meal.

Hanna Shawarma. The best Indian and Meditaranian Food I've had at reasonable prices. In dining atmosphere and wine selaction could use some work.

The food was incredible and the service was excellent!
