I experienced terrible service for the second time in a row at this restaurant. I will not be returning. It is unbelievable that in this day and age, your food can be served without any utensils provided.

It's our family tradition for several years to go Jack Astor for Super Bowl. We did this this this year and what an unpleasant experience. I'm not going to be safe again. First, the ventilation was so poor that... it was so dirty with oily food smell. My husband has allergies and had Uber at home in the middle of the 2nd quarter of the game, as he could not breathe. I and my daughter stayed here to watch the game. The game was over and before the award ceremony they muted the TVs and when we asked to turn the volume, we were told that the restaurant closed at 10! Then why book people to see Super Bowl game? We spent so much money there for more than 3 hours with drinks and food. Are you treating your customers? Extremely disappointed.

I made a work reservation for 7:30 and our table was not ready until 15 minutes after what is good. we sat and our first drink round lasted 15 minutes. throughout the night, the server either forgets a drink or. 10 minutes after drinking all others. there was not much resistance. I’m not sure if the server was new, but when I ordered a roggen and ingwer, she said “together?” as if it were two separate drinks. after the first drink she could not remember that someone drinks the order, and the roggen and ingwer had to be reminded that it did not “gin and ginger”. in order experience, the service was bad, but it could have been their first week or so to work, so I am sure they will be better. She was cute enough!
