Warraich Meats - York

I recently discovered this place at the Markham location. It is a takeout restaurant. We ordered some ready-to-eat vegetarian curries and marinated meat. Both dishes were fresh and delicious. This is now my go-to place for marinated meat. The customer service was great as well. However, they could improve the cleanliness of the store which is why I am giving one star less in my rating. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5!

We absolutely adore this restaurant! They offer a selection of marinated meats that are perfect for BBQ in delicious flavors. Our favorites are the Butter chicken and freshly baked naan. The fish pakora is also incredibly tasty! Despite trying other Indian restaurants, we always find ourselves returning to this one as it never fails to impress.

I ordered chicken biryani and vegetable stir-fry at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The food quality was terrible, as it seemed stale and had likely been sitting for a long time. I had intended to eat the food later in the evening, as my order was delayed and not ready until the afternoon. However, it turned out to be spoiled and I suspect that they used old ingredients in the dish.

Warraich Meats is a take-out place and meats are marinated. We have ordered this Indian Food for the first time. We ordered Goat Curry, Karihi Goat, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken Legs 8 pcs , 5 Plain Naans. Some curries are packed in the re-usable containers which is nice so that it doesn't spilled all over in your car. The Restaurant was open 1 1/2 years ago. We didn't notice it co'z we don't go there to buy food. As per our previous reviewers has mentioned that it is DEFINITELY not a Restaurant but a take-out place where you can ordered ahead of time and pick it up at your convenience. But, you do need to let them know that what time?, you will be there to pick-up your food. Food is not spicy but we do like it because we cannot take spicy food as our stomach give us burning sensations and also gives us heart-burns; when we eat spicy food. This place is clean and neat. Customer Service is good that I have seen so far. In future, we don't know if it will survive for the next 10 or 20 or 30 years. We hope that we get to enjoy this Indian Food for a long time to come.

Visited numerous times for take away. Good food. Only thing is the fish fry is only good if eaten fresh n hot, otherwise it becomes so hard n is not tasty. Variety of Indian food available
