Cambria Fort Mill - York County

Modern rooms, neat and clean. Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom mirror were nice although the sound quality was not that good. The only complaint was that my wife could not plug up both of her curling irons because the bathroom mirror stuck out from the wall and blocked part of the wall outlet. Outside lounge area is very nice as well!Nearby activities: Plenty of nice resturants and stores within a mile of the hotel

There was a huge roach in the room didn’t say anything. Went out and came back to the room later that night where I was greeted by a tall gentleman at the front desk who so kindly informed me that the front staff member that checked me in earlier that didn’t check me into a room in the system he put me in as a no show that the room 311 I was staying in was in his system as a clean vacant room, He showed me I seen it on the computer screen with my own two eyes, so that had to be corrected. I paid a deposit fee when I got there was told it would be released in 3-5 days, it has been well over two weeks my money still has not been returned. I’ve been calling the hotel for 8 days straight now only to be told their manger by the name of Cam, is not there to be forwarded to his voice mail and still no call back. The woman who works the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE.. Theres no breakfast included. This hotel doesn’t care about making this an enjoyable experience for their customers, this hotel only cares about taking your money.

We stayed here to attend my nephew’s engagement party. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was spacious and well appointed. Loved the aesthetics of the room and lobby area. The text messages to inquire about our needs prior to and during our stay were a nice touch! We also received a text thanking us for staying and welcoming us back in the future. Very safe area! We had a minor concern that I shared with a representative and they apologized for the mishap. Close to the highway and not too far from downtown Fort Mills and Charlotte, NC.

Our room was kind of dirty (sticky floors, hairs under the mattress protector, etc) but we’re just happy the shower drain didn’t clog and we didn’t leave with bugs.Employees didn’t speak to us, not even a smile. Only good service was from bartender Janet : )Luckily we didn’t need anything because we had the feeling we wouldn’t have been helped anyways. Overall bad customer service.The pool bathroom was foul and the door was broken.There was a man’s beard hair in my breakfast that I shouldn’t have paid for.Rooms: Rooms were dirty. Mattress had big brown stain. Hairs under mattress cover which means it wasn’t being changed. Floors sticky.Safety: Felt very safe!Walkability: No walkability but didn’t expect thatFood drinks: Hair in my breakfast. Annoying that breakfast wasn’t complementary.

This place was really nice. They had an accessible room as I had requested. The bench in the shower was a little narrow but stable. Not bolted down though.Rooms: 5/5
