Wing Street - York County

I recently left a review about what I considered to be a negative experience at this location. Since then, the District Manager (Sean Mangan has gone above beyond to make amends. He has applied credits food to my account (via phone with the store. As I've let him know it was never about that, just a little courtesy to a paying customer. Nevertheless, he apparently is on top of what is happening in his district, and to me that says alot!

Pizza was delicious and delivered super hot and fresh

Customer service was excellent during a call made to correct a mistake made on my end concerning my attempt to order, and the pizza itself was top-tier in the field of pizza chains. Highly recommend the Big New Yorker, and hope they keep it on the menu.
