Touch of Asia - Yorkton

Don't let the modest exterior fool you, the food here is incredible. The vegetables were all fresh and perfectly cooked, with a variety of delicate flavors and minimal grease. This restaurant has become my new favorite spot!

The meal was fantastic. The chow mein and sweet and sour pork were delicious. The food was still hot when we arrived home. I even called the restaurant to let them know how wonderful it was. It's the perfect place for a lunch outing.

Not stellar in terms of taste, but if you desperate for all that they can eat Chinese, then you have it.

We went for dinner while in the city or Yorkton for the weekend. I am sure if we knew the area we wouldn't have gone. It didn't seem like the reviews were all that bad and we rationalized that not everyone likes everything on a...buffet but most people find something they like. I can't say there was anything I liked on the buffet it was all pretty slimy and what I did eat was pretty tasteless. My husband did like the soup but that was it. He agreed with me that a lot of the food looked pretty suspect. You would have to be pretty brave or have an iron stomach to eat the mussels for example. Our grandaughter ate a couple pieces of fried things the veggies were all too slimy for her liking so it wasn't that healthy of an outing for her. She had some soft serve ice cream but if I had noticed the cleanliness of the machine before she had already got some I would have advised her not to. I don't recommend this place.
