Mcdonald's - Yorktown

I’ve had a few mixed experiences at this restaurant in the past, but my recent visit was truly impressive. The manager, a gentleman named Allen, made sure our order was perfect. The food was delicious, served hot, beautifully presented, and delivered straight to our table. It was a fantastic experience! And don’t forget to try the strawberry cream cheesecake—it’s a must!

The location had everything except for its signature item, the Oreo McFlurry. What a disappointment! McDonald's really needs to improve the maintenance of their equipment at this location. I witnessed employees dealing with irate customers because the establishment struggles to keep its machines and staffing in order.

We went there at 8:30 a.m. and ordered a Coke, but what we received was a Diet Coke, which tasted like medicine to me.
