We arrived at the restaurant at 8pm and placed our order. By 8:30pm, another family had arrived and sat in the booth behind us. We were served our breadsticks at the same time as them. We probably should have left then. Our food arrived around 9:15pm and looked delicious as it passed by our table. However, the kids behind us started touching our food and claimed that the pizza they received was not what they ordered. The father began to complain and said that the restaurant had gone downhill. Fed up with the situation, my wife and I decided to pay for what we had received and leave. The cashier only charged us for the drinks and breadsticks, removing the items we never received from the bill. He did not offer an explanation or apologize for the inconvenience. I used to work in the fast food industry when I was younger, and I would have at least apologized in this situation.
I love pizza king. Best pizza joint... just not had a good experience with this pizza king since moving near this location in 2019.Our journey with Pizza King has been a rollercoaster of frustration and disappointment. It seems like every time we place an order, we're met with a new set of problems that overshadow any potential enjoyment of their food.Late deliveries? Check. Cold pizzas? Check. Burnt crusts? Check. It's like playing a game of roulette with our dinner, never knowing what sorry state our meal will arrive in.And let's not forget about the numerous times we've requested simple modifications to our orders, only to have them completely botched. Asking for extra sauce on a sub? Prepare for disappointment because it's likely to come with less sauce than usual. Requesting no onions? Be prepared to pick through a pile of extra onions instead.Even when we've attempted to customize our pizzas with different toppings, Pizza King manages to mess it up. It's frustrating to pay for a meal only to receive something entirely different than what was ordered.Sure, we've received a plethora of free food as compensation for their mistakes. But at what cost? The endless cycle of calling to complain, waiting for replacements, and enduring even longer delays has left us exhausted and disillusioned.In the end, the occasional freebie simply isn't worth the hassle and disappointment that comes with ordering from Pizza King. We've reached our limit and will be taking our business elsewhere in search of reliable service and quality food.
The customer ahead of me didn't have his order ready. He left just as I did. Cashier didn't seem to care that people were there for pickup order
Waited an hour for my food for one pizza to show up and then we'll have to wait 15 more minutes for the other Pizza was not happy the first pizza was told second pizza arrived hot the waiter acted like it was no big deal
