The Chipper - Yorktown

The lunch special was prepared hot and fresh. The service was friendly and informative. The artwork on the walls is very engaging. They offer snacks that I haven't seen elsewhere. It appears to be a fantastic place to visit regularly.

The food was fantastic, the service was exceptional, the atmosphere was delightful, and overall it was a pleasant experience. I definitely plan on coming back.

Our first time here and we got it to go. The hamburger ? was giant it's a double burger. My wife loved the Fish and Chips she would get it again. Only negative is the building needs some love from missing paint inside to rotted/ missing wood on the outside. The food was delicious and hot and the fries are hand cut. Definitely will try the place again sometime soon.

People were really nice. Food portions are good size. Fries were soggy.

I’m not a fish and chips person, but I loved this! I got the wee cod and got a curry sauce to dip my chips in. So good!! Kid-friendliness: Kids got the battered sausage and loved it
