Hudson Valley Steakhouse

We made reservations very early, so we were the only ones. The service was fantastic (we even got a free drink) and the food was very delicious. Nice to meet you. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.

Fantastic service phenomenal food Atmosphere was well nothing special standout could use a little sincere 't crazy about the ambience, but it was also not bad it just adjusted with how phenomenal the food and service was. The sign from the front draws off how excellent the place is imo the sign is really sticky, but I remember how we drove on I almost said to my wife close, not here bc of what I thought was the place "as, based on the enormous sticky shield, but I am really glad that we went and gave it a chance because the restaurant was absolutely top-notch. We were not back in time and decided to leave tonight. The food was wonderful (Porthouse for 2,) hudson salad (common,) walnut porn cake was delicious and not too sweet. It was a complete house shortly after our arrival, but our server Frank was attentive and friendly and made it an even more pleasant dinner. We'll go back soon.

I was in Hudson Valley Steakhouse for Happy Hour at the bar and for dinner. The menu at the bar is limited, but a large selection. I recommended something from a friend, carrot chips. I don't know what I expected, but that was amazing! So much, I didn't want to share it. I even order them for dinner, although they are not on the menu. Other Faves are Applewood Smoked Bacon App, Wedge Salad, Tomahawk Steak for 2 and HV potatoes. Friends tell me the seafood apps are also good. I'm allergic to shells, so I didn't try anything. It's on the expensive side, but worth every penny. I suggest going for special occasions or date night. The staff is friendly, attentive and accomodating.

Can?t say enough good things about HVS from the exceptional service and staff to the amazing you can?t wait to come back for more food. Don?t make the mistake of leaving without trying the Oyster Rockefeller. The lobster ? and cream spinach were very good. Thank you Tony for the delightful and perfectly prepared Cucumber Martini ? Treat yourself to Hudson Valley Steakhouse with no hesitation you won?t be disappointed.
