Really rude owner. our two friends came 10 minutes ago and got a place. the owner told them that they stop seeing the menu in the door and “Sit down!” the 4 of us came to join them and asked for a table in the empty restaurant and said we can not sit more than two people in pay. I asked if he had the 6 of us in two then (not sitting together was not a big thing). he didn't tell us right away in a really rude ton. we left and spent our money elsewhere. our poor friends had to eat quickly and insert us at another place to a nice meal where we were not screamed. would not be evaluating stars if I could.
After I have thought about this review, I think that I will share the full experience as I see that the owner likes clearly when his so-called customers give an accurate review. on the afternoon of luigis stopped in the hope to eat a coffee and a bite. expected, perhaps greeted and offered a table, our first interaction with the owner came when we looked at the menu on the wall. the owner has accused us of taking a place when we planned to order something as if he were upset that there were two people who were willing to try the facility after a few moments through the menu. after this answer we were just sitting to hand over a piece of paper on a clipboard to our order by tickboxing and writing in boxes (as if this was a kind of sick house type of order) I suggest that the owner might let his waiters do their jobs instead of micro-manages and keeps every little ding that his employees do in the restaurant. we ordered a vegetarian pizza and chai latte after we waited for someone to collect our piece of paper for about 10 minutes in a restaurant that was far away with many empty tables. While waiting on the order, I noticed how the owner was once again rude to a co-worker, as he shouted at them to distribute the notes in time to his standard, as well as to ensure that together with other co-workers were looking for jobs/tables. luigi seems to do all cooking in restaurant to keep its style authentic italian. I think that shows how he does not trust the staff to learn a trade. get the food in time enough, although the chai was served at an extra hot temperature that surprised me when I had not asked. after cooling I drank and would say it was good. this leads to the one star served together with the fresh ingredients on the pizza. nothing very special about the taste, but still fresh ingredients. during our time in luigis, which was still quite early on the day, some friends tried to join, but were abruptly stopped by the owner who said they didn't put the numbers or put us on the back of the garden area, as the restaurant was completely booked, but clearly saw to have quite a lot of space and we're still booking by phone, as I book a worker only day in the previous day. the aggressive nature of the owner to serve both patrons of the street, his personal as well as the organization of the facility of the unusual type of a restaurant tables still do not seem to want customers mounted on a large cafe-style menu on the wall and order that alternative wise to the sit-down and write their ordering style added, nothing about eating and I note the lack of cleanliness under sharing the star. I have agreed to write this review carefully, as I see that the owner spends a terrible amount of time and energy to argue with customers further after they have checked, rather than perhaps the problems that seem to have reappeared by some other reviews I have read. the boldness of a peculiarity to say that a customer evaluation is inaccurate (as they had the person who had the experience and summarize this) shows almost a reflection on how they don't care to take advice, nor to believe their unambiguous wise or autobahn.
Went there with my wife when we were traveling through the country. Loved meeting Luigi and the service he provided for us. Luigi gave me some of his personal dried peppers for me to grow, which I have. My only issue is I have no idea what these peppers are…Luigi, help me please !!
It was an amazing experience for me personally as a person with several food intolerance gluten and lactose, tasty eating in restaurants with my requirements is very difficult and at the end I eat simple food that can easily make home. but in luigi’s I felt so comfortable and he offered me delicious eating gluten and lactose free. the gluten-free pizza was so delicious that I definitely get back for more. if they are like me and they enjoy Italian eating do not see that is the place for them! He is so friendly and thoughtful with all customers and the place is clean and cozy. I'm so glad I found this restaurant.
