Lost one star because of the upstairs outside entrance. NO OUTSIDE LIGHTING!!! ROCKY part of walkway NOT SAFE or friendly for heels. Fall potential area on walkway from parking lot to boardwalk! Also, one of my heels got stuck between boards on walkway. All inside was very nice! Our waiter was EXCEPTIONAL. Food was delicious!! We had a great time. Thank you. Service: Dine in

This used to be our favorite restaurant. We have been many times and went last Saturday after I suffered an early miscarriage to try to have a nice night out to help get my mind off things. We waited over 20 minutes to be seated which is fine it was super busy but then sat and waited for our food for over an hour after we ordered no apology given! The fried pickles tasted like fish , my ny strip was burnt and full of grisly fat and not cooked to order. My husband had fried pickles actually in his steak tips mix that impacted the flavor of his meal. The waitress was very quiet and clearly overwhelmed. The whole meal was 176 with the tip. I didn't want to make a fuss in public as we have bad social anxiety and we were already there for ages. The manager did fix my mother in laws potato that was all messed up but I didn't mention the rest as I just wanted to leave and figured being long term customers they would make it right later on. I ended up calling today as I finally had time after work to call the manager and they actually reviewed the video footage as if they didn't believe me they claimed our food was all served within an hour which wasn't the case and that since we didn't complain that night they couldn't do anything about it. This was a very expensive meal for us and considering I just had a miscarriage and we were loyal repeat customers they'd make it right. They make plenty of money it wouldn't be hard to give a family an extra meal or even half off but he literally said I'm sorry I can't do anything about it and sounded like he could care less. I said you need to make sure your kitchen is staffed properly and avoid these mistakes in the future or you're going to lose more customers we don't plan to ever come back. He didn't give a rat's butt for what we could tell. No empathy at all for our situation either. The owners should be ashamed.

Overall our dinner at Brothers was A+. We were quickly seated and greeted by the server. The atmosphere was what I would describe as modern rustic. The dining area was clean and appropriately decorated. The menu was fairly extensive and had a lot of interesting options. We selected the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and our entrees were the sirloin tips and the salmon. The food was brought out at appropriate intervals. Our server was very attentive and helpful. The actual food items we selected were all very delicious and cooked perfectly. Especially impressed with the mozzarella sticks and the salmon. We look forward to returning to Brothers again.
