Burger King #5535 - Youngstown

Burgers have become so thin and eating was not so hot. toppings on whopper was placed with little care. use them to love this place? Food: 1/5

Yesterday in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes. when we came into the window, the girl did not greet us or gave us our sum, but gave us drinks and eating, which were eating; eis had already melted in our drinks and eat crushed and subpared. always something at this place. food: 3/5

Had my grandchildren on the Thanksgiving bread. zelt on burger king on mahoning Ave.ordered simple cheeseburgers .chicken sandwich, two big fries, two cheese sticks three drinks, the bill warover 20,00 we got no fries the cheese sticks were not for people fit, the cheese burger were dressed we ordered flat what adisaster

This is the WORST BK I’ve ever been too. From the quality of the food to the customer service, I’d rate zero stars if I could! We went thru the drive thru ordered food. The young girl didn’t even speak just held her hand out waiting for payment, just rude. Then our food was cold old like it was sitting out for 5hrs. We went inside to try get a refund the manager was just as rude disrespectful. Said she couldn’t do a refund for us to call this complaint leave a message. Like lady, I paid for food I can’t even eat. She never once offered to remake it. Never apologized for the service inconvenience.. then called the cops on my husband because he was trying to get SOMETHING since again we paid for food! Even the cook admitted that the food had been sitting out all day. Just a horrible experience all the way around!

This burger King is awesome way way better then the one in girard Ohio. The people was very nice to us and the food was made exactly the way we like it. The girard location should be more like this one because everyone in girard needs fired and everyone in this burger kind deserves raises.
