Rise Pies - Youngstown

I've been here since the literal first day and the employees know my regular order. They have vegan cheese and you can top it with all sorts of vegan options. I usually do mushrooms or sometimes broccoli but there's also tomatoes, basil, spinach, and a lot more (there site lists everything). There's even a gluten free dough option. The only downside is it can be pricey, but it's also pretty high quality on everything. Updated from previous review on 2024 01 17

The people were friendly and the pizza was good, but the Rise Pie was not big enough for a meal. Thicker crusts, any toppings, and vegan cheese have big upcharges up to about $3 each. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza at Rise Pies! We got the Rise Pie with vegan cheese, and I couldn't believe how well the cheese melted. It was so good and stretchy. They even veganized their bread sticks for us, adding vegan cheese instead of the usual dairy they use. Really, our only complaint was the size: I wish there were larger pizza options! And an option for vegan pepperoni or sausage would be nice as well. Updated from previous review on 2022-06-05

You can tell them you have a dairy allergy or are vegan and they will put on new gloves and will clean their knife. the wheat crust has honey in it but the other crusts are vegan. they are very helpful and know the answers to all your vegan questions
