Mcdonald's - Youngsville

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It was 9 o'clock and every table was dirty, and there was trash all over the floor. The bathroom was covered in paper. The health department would shut this place down immediately.

The new self-service kiosk machines for placing electronic orders have caused unnecessary delays. Having only one cashier is not beneficial for customers. The workers, who should understand customer service, are often unfriendly. It would be better to just have drive-thru orders. The poor setup at McDonald's is not helping their reputation. I will not be returning.

Zelt to the breakfast (because waffelhaus was packed) I was the only customer there. a hired man at the table. order went smoothly my order pretty fast. they looked down to eat and notice food(ries) on the floor under my table, around, there were other tables with chickensuggets and pommes on the floor as well. there were employees eating, going in and out to smoke, talking phones, to their cars, etc. at the breakfast I did not expect that I would fries on the day before on the floor and look like they would not go during the hours of business.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I just left there after getting the wrong order. So I went back told the girl at the window she told me to go to the second window and said the manager would be there. So I went to the window marked #2 and no one was there. After sitting there for several minutes I asked an employee that was outside to get the manager to come to the window. The manager came to the window and was very rude and told me I had gone to the wrong window. I told her that that’s what I was instructed to do she continued arguing with me and slammed the window on me. I sat there and she finally came back to the window with the corrected order and again shut the window without any acknowledgment. I would love to know who the owner of this establishment is because rainbow eyes needs to find another job where she doesn’t deal with the public!

Why are you all closed at 8:30pm on Wednesday, Jan. 19th 2021? A little snow coming tomorrow and you scared? Walmart is open tomorrow and Friday. You all are weak. Enjoy the weakness from weak management and employees.
