The shredded beef tacos..... My favorite style of taco. They deep fry the tortilla and the shredded beef together. Then they open it up and put cheddar cheese inside and unnecessary shredded lettuce on top. Thats it. Simple. I take it home and add more cheese because there isn't enough fat in it yet. What a large variety they have on their menu! A dedicated, family oriented establishment that works hard to deliver delicious food all the time. I have grown to make it my go-to spot for Mexican food. Ana has always been the main person that takes my order. She deserves some recognition for the awesomeness that she serves. Shout out Ana!
