Usually a good experience. However, when you post a picture of your new product, the light iced cap, you expect it to look like the picture and taste...
We go here daily sometimes more than once...the customer service is usually pretty good so no complaints there. My complaint is the super hot coffee...

Very poor service especially in the early morning. Too many mistakes... I'll go to McDonald's instead.
