I wish I could give 0 stars. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and they were sold completely out of donuts, how donuts is in your name? they were also from all refreshments except the pfirsich.
During my last three visits to this restaurant, I encountered a power outage or some other issue preventing them from serving hot food on two occasions. It's been quite unreliable and has made my visits frustratingly time-consuming.
I was really disappointed with my experience. This isn't the only issue I encountered, but it prompted me to write this review. Here’s what happened: I approached the speaker in the drive-thru and ordered a toasted bagel with avocado spread. After a few moments of silence, the employee responded, "I’m sorry, but our toaster is broken." I said, "That's fine, then skip the toasting." After another delay, the employee replied, “We can’t do that here.” I explained that I had placed this order at other locations before, where I was charged separately for the bagel and the avocado. Not wanting to be a nuisance or delay the line further, I asked if I could just get an everything bagel instead. The employee then asked if I wanted it toasted! It was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Please don’t mislead your customers.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I would highly recommend staying away from this place. The customer service was disappointing, and the coffee was even worse. If you appreciate good coffee and flavor, it's best to seek a different option. Overall, a terrible experience.
