Steak 'n Shake - Ypsilanti

Stopped at drive thru for lunch. Double burger, fries, strawberry shake……….wonderful!!! Burger and fries were hot, extras on burgers were very fresh, no green tomatoes or soggy lettuce. Service at this location is pleasant, haven’t had a bad experience ever! Thank you, Steak and Shake, you’re doing things right!!

After a super frustrating day at work, I came through the drive thru <10mins before they closed knowing I was being *that guy*. Johnathan was at the window and was so friendly and kind and didn't show any signs of frustration with me coming by so close to close. He asked if I needed any ketchup in the bag then double checked that I had the extra sauce that I ordered. Customer service like this goes a longgg way and truly made my super frustrating day so much better. Thanks Johnathan! You deserve a raise!

These are the best hamburgers in town hands down!!! Delicious from the first bite to the very last, the fries have a great taste too, the shakes are magnificent and tasty. My favorite is combo #4 and combo #6

I like this place very much.their Garlic burger is the bomb! Juicy, fresh, savory. The garlic sauce on the bun is perfect and topped with a garlic salt on top of warm bun is the perfect finishing touch! Mmm great now I gotta go get one lol Now their shakes come in so many flavor combinations you are sure to find the perfect one for you. Mine is chocolate peanut butter. Now there is many other options on that menu such as soups, salads, chicken,and even hot dogs for a option on adult and kids menu's. And at great low prices. The only reasons I gave 4* not 5* is I'm not happy they changed their late hours to close early now like all else.Also NOT a fan of the shoe string fries although many disagree because they have different flavors of the fries like garlic parmesan. Why don't you be the judge of that. I highly recommend! Facts!

Good food but must purchase through kiosk now. Good taste what I remember from stake and shake but far in few now a days. Restaurant was clean restrooms clean would go again.
