Wendy's - Ypsilanti

The breakfast here is fantastic! You absolutely have to try the chicken butter biscuit—it’s a must. The potato wedges are fantastic as well and should definitely be available all day long. However, I don’t quite understand the hype surrounding the French toast sticks; they’re not worth the money.

I typically don't write reviews for restaurants where I've had issues, but my experience here warrants an exception. They closed the lobby early and left the door unlocked. I entered thinking the lobby was still open, but when I approached the counter, an employee glanced at me and then rudely gestured for me to leave without saying a word. I decided to use the drive-thru instead, but after waiting for 25 minutes without any progress, I was informed there were issues with it as well. It seems unreasonable to close the lobby early when the drive-thru is backed up and malfunctioning. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I visit Wendy's frequently, and I always find their staff to be friendly, and they consistently get my order correct. I’m also interested in trying their specialties whenever they have them available.

I am not often in this opposite, but the staff is always very nice and helpful. my recent visit was moments before a power failure and her system was down. super helpfit and comunicat, so all guests knew what to expect. great work from team.

Good was fine, portion seems smaller than it used to be and $12 for the spicy chicken combo meal seems a bit much, though I'd still go back to try it again as everything tasted fine.
