Burger King - Yuba City

I went for a job interview, but they quickly decided to turn me away when they saw I was Black. The entire place was filled with Mexican employees, and I could hear them laughing as I left.

I ordered chicken nuggets and fries, but they had an odd smell and an even stranger taste. After just a few bites, I felt nauseous. I definitely won't be coming back here.

The Hammer King stays open during its posted hours, which is a welcome change from the other two restaurants nearby that close over an hour earlier than they should. I work night shifts and really appreciate this convenience. I ordered fresh chicken sandwiches and onion rings, and the wait was under 10 minutes. Although they had to deep fry the food a little later, they allowed me to wait briefly without issue. I tipped the guy for his effort because the food was delicious. Huge thanks to them for staying open—sometimes all you need is an affordable, nostalgic meal to get you through the next five-hour drive.

The eating was normal. had not tasted better or worse than the burger kings in chicago. the new ch’king sandwich is great. the staff was cheerful, helpful and great.

Great location easy to see, hwy, clean, friendly staff, disabled access, toilets, eating is ready and fast. drive them thru, parking good size. space for the family or simply by themselves.
