Chicago's Pizza With A Twist Yuba City, Ca

Went in for lunch, we were the first customers of the day and the tables were still dirty from the day before. Waited 45 mins to be served, and once we received our order it was completely wrong. We told the associate we order calzones and we received a regular pizza. He claimed they don't serve calzones... after I showed him on their menu that they do, he said he just didn't understand us.

Worst place Ive ever ever eaten! Highly suggest the natomas branch of them! We ordered a panner tikka masala pizza and it tasted so bad. Litterally not worth the money!

The pizza was mostly flavorless. Except the sauce which tasted liked tomatoes and not much else.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Rude. Uncaring. Constantly bounce you around from person to person only to be told they don't have any way to do what you're asking. What was I asking? To have an online order canceled they claimed they couldn't fulfill. Now they won't even answer my call, goes straight to hold music. Wouldn't patronize this business if it was the last one in Yuba. What a train wreck.

Ordered online for delivery. This establishment doesn’t offer delivery. Told them to go ahead and cancel order. We’ve been calling, getting transferred and hung up on trying to get our money back for an order we never got. We will never order from this establishment again. They’re rude and have no customer service skills. I’d rather buy pizza from sams club or little Caesar’s before I ever order from here again.
