Contribuisci feedbackDefinitely the worst chipotle I’ve been too. Smallest portion of meat, very rude if you say the order wasn’t correct and we still didn’t get our full order. Worst $45 I’ve ever spent eating out.
This has to be the worst Chipotle in the entire state of California! The food is absolutely terrible.The rice and guacamole have zero flavor, there is no spice on the steak and the salsa is watery . Last week they ran out of sour cream and guacamole (when I decided to give them another try after a year). How do you run out of your key staples?? Never again Yuba City Chipotle!!
Ordered through the app, this is now the second time my order was not right and was way less food than ordered. Didn’t receive my kids sides or drink, didn’t receive the sides to one of my entrees, and it took the cashier 10 mins of me standing there to give me my order and when questioned about it got a ‘didn’t see you there.’ I’m a 6’2 170 lbs man. You can see me dude. Terrible quality control. Do better guys. Paid too much and missed out on my half order. Disappointing.
UPDATE: I tried chatting with the link provided by the owner in the past reviews and my chat got closed by the agent. SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE.Placed online order. Got to Chipotle and a rude worker with bleached hair with blue and red in it told me they were closed and I had to contact management for a refund… while there were people in the store. Couldn’t get a refund so I turned around and when I got back… she was at the front serving walk in people. I get your system is down but be Forreal. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years it’s not that hard to get it together. I then waited in line with about 8 people having the same issue as me. Every single person got helped before me, I was blatantly ignored. People coming in twenty minutes after me got helped before me. In the end, I waited there from 11:50 to 1:45. I only got my food when I MYSELF went up to the cashier stand wrote down my order after grabbing receipt paper and a pen and gave it to the first worker that looked my way. While this was happening I WAS HELPING OTHER PEOPLE GET THEIR ORDERS. As the team was not shouting names just stacking them on the rack even though there was many people that had been waiting. Extremely unacceptable. Shame on the girl who turned me away then served everyone else while she refused to acknowledge me. With that being said I was very polite to the staff and only got rude looks and being ignored from her. There was about THIRTY PEOPLE. That I counted that had walk in orders that got there after me and were served before me. If the app had allowed me to cancel the order I would have but I could not.
The food is ok. Restaurant was very clean, but it was very expensive. Over 13 dollars for a salad bowl.
