7-eleven - Yucaipa

I love this 7-11. I'm always greeted so warmly when I visit and all of the associates a quite welcoming. I enjoy stopping by to get coffee in the morning on the weekends. The ladies there are always so nice and pleasant to chat with. Customer for life!

Tried to pay with a $100 bill. Was refused because the cashier thought it was fake. She did not use the marker or put it through the machine to check it. She used her prejudice to assume her right to refuse. I’m a local who frequents this gas station, but not anymore. I called to talk to the manager but the manager is just as incompetent as the cashier. This establishment may be stocked with what you need on the go but the employees discriminate.

It would be amazing to go back to a time when customers could use the restroom instead of consistently being greeted by signs on the bathrooms that say “out of order”. No wonder people just **** on 7/11 properties.

I have been into this location a few times, Ricky is always nice and professional.

Clean 7-11. Cashiers friendly and close to the freeway.
