Chick-fil-a - Yucaipa

I recently dined at this location and had a frustrating experience. After a long wait for our food, several items were missing from our order. I approached the counter and politely asked one of the supervisors to have the missing items prepared. After waiting an additional 15 minutes with no progress, I decided I didn't want to wait any longer for food that should have already been served. When I went to the counter again to request a refund, the supervisor and I had a conversation, during which they assured me I would receive a refund, but I have not seen it reflected in my records. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I hope that in the future, the staff prioritize customers over their conversations about the previous night and refrain from rolling their eyes or sighing when customers come to inquire about their orders.
